Rental Polices: Our rental prices are for a one-day period. If you need items longer than a one-day event, please call for extended rental pricing. All rental charges apply when items are ordered and delivered but not used. Please order carefully.

Responsibility for rental items with the client from delivery to return. All items should be secured and protected from weather if these items are outside. Chairs should be stacked, wood chairs put back in chair bags, dishes, china, and flatware and other serving pieces should be food free, washed and placed in their racks and containers. Linen should be shaken out, air-dried if damp. Just fold them up. Do not put them in plastic bags as this tends to create mold and mildew on linens. A cleaning charge of .10 per item will be charged on dirty china.

Damage Waiver: Additional charges will be made for damaged or missing equipment. However, we do offer a damage waiver. It is 10% of the rental. This is like an insurance policy in that it covers all damaged equipment. It does not cover missing equipment. If you choose to not accept damage waiver a credit card must be on file for potential damages.

Payment is due in advance. A reservation fee of 50% of the rental is required to reserve equipment the time of order. The balance is due the week of the event. A deposit or credit card must be on file for valid Oklahoma driver's license and a major credit card. We accept cash, check with proper ID, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Cancellations must be made two weeks prior to the event to have your 50% reservation fee returned. All money will be returned less a 10% restocking fee. If one cancels within two-week period we will not refund the reservation fee. There are very few exceptions. Please order carefully.
